Showcase did an excellent job for us. They were very patient through the planning stage and worked very closely with the designer. The attention to detail with every step was greatly appreciated. The work on the hardscape material (block fire pit and seat wall along with the extensive flagstone is amazing. We have people frequently stop and ask who did our landscape. We did have some significant delays which is the only reason I did not put a full five star rating. Those delays were mostly due to supplier issues and not the fault of Showcase. Everyone on the crew was friendly and courteous and always cleaned up the site at the end of the day. We have lost a few shrubs and a tree from winter kill but I have no doubt at all that Showcase will replace them under their 1 year warranty. I would highly recommend you work with Torre and Showcase.
